 The Brainerd Jaycees donate over $200,000 to area charities each year. If you are interested in receiving a donation, please print out this form, fill it out entirely, and mail it to:

Donations requests are reviewed in February and August with funds being disbursed in March and September.  The donation application is a simple five part form.  It is required to be completely filled out to receive any money from the Brainerd Junior Chamber.
